Career Training Needs

Training needs analysis process is a series of activities conducted to identity problems or other issues in the workplace, and to determine where training is an appropriate response. The need analysis is usually the first step taken to cause a change. This is mainly because a need specially define the gap between the current and the desired individual and organizational performances.

Some of the preferred training and development methods are: Game based learning, Coaching, Mentoring, On the Job training, Seminars/Workshops, Simulation Workshops, Computer based training (CBT).

The training analysis is conducted ultimately to identity what areas of knowledge or behaviors that needs to accomplish with learners. The analysis considers that what result the organization needs from the learner what knowledge and skills the learner present has and usually concludes with identifying what knowledge and skills the learner must gain (performance gap)
