A rigorous candidate selection process assures a skilled employee. The career counselling cell at FIIB prepares our candidates for this process. This is done with the help of various assessment tools to check the attitudes, competencies, and skills of our students. Correct guidance is given keeping career satisfaction, and career success across a wide variety of positions, organizations and industries as the core objective of placements.

To make this come about, FIIB’s Career Management Centre has focused deeply on Management students charting out their career goals clearly so that they can pursue the appropriate companies.

FIIB Facilitates interface with the industry through Seminars, Guest Lectures, Conferences and Corporate Meets in the endeavor to prepare students to take up the emerging challenges and groom them towards excellence as they pass through the different phases of the institution.

Over the years, FIIB students have gone on to occupy leadership positions in reputable corporates both in India and abroad, which is a testament to the quality of its programs.
